Hi I’m Jacqui! I am the self-taught artist behind Simply Me Creations by Jacqui, based right here in Goole, East Yorkshire. For the last ten years since discovering Powertex Universal Medium I have been on a creative mission to turn everyday rubbish into beautiful treasures. My studio is constantly packed with recycled textiles, cardboard, jars and bottles and broken items deserving a second life.

I love the challenge of working with these materials to make both stunning decorative art and functional items you can use in everyday life. Instead of buying new supplies, I rely on imagination and sustainability to give forgotten objects a new life.
